Barrel Aged Gin

FINISH: Long, lingering finish that is nutty and satisfyingly spicy with hints of herbaceous botanicals.
According to the oft told tale, the IPA was born aboard British ships bound for India, provisioned with barrels of ale. BOLD, SPICY HOP CHARACTERBOLD, CHARACTER- mimicking the same journey those barrels took, we barreled a potent version of our Lucky 7 for over 6 MONTHS IN AMERICAN OAK BARRELS , loading each barrel with plenty of Idaho #7 hops. The result is an aroma of vanilla, clove, cardamom, and hop spice. The flavor is bold with a pleasant bitterness. Finishing dry with lingering hop and spice.
After harvesting our Warfield Whiskey from barrels, we replenished the oak casks with freshly brewed Wanderer Ale. VELVETY SMOOTH & RICH- our malt-forward English Strong Ale develops intense ruby hues after being aged for OVER 6 MONTHS in ex-Warfield Whiskey barrels. The aroma boasts hints of vanilla, coconut, and toffee, while the flavor is luxuriously rich with notes of honey, malt, and caramel.
An intensified version of our Miner’s Canary Stout has been laid to rest in a cask(et), but shed no tears for this bird. Dark & rich in flavor- rising like the pheonix, this new canary is laden with bold, spirituous character after being aged for over 12 months in used bourbon barrels. Potent aromas of vanilla, cocao, and toffee give way to decadently rich flavors and a velvety smooth finish.
